Jeshua communicated well, he was professional and honest! He took the time to check with other data resources available to him to see if there were other flags to look for to rule out a lesser problem than the one he diagnosed. And the flag alert he saw ended up being the problem! I was very happy with his findings because he was able to repair my vehicle in a couple of hours versus a few days and it saved me more than half of what I thought it was going to cost for the repair! He also without complaint drove from Lahaina to Kahului to get the part to get the job done as soon as possible for me to get back on the road! He also took the time to video tape another future problem he saw for our consideration and with no pressure. I was patient with Jeshua when he had to reschedule the day he planned to get to me because I do realize he is a very busy mechanic and timing the jobs he was currently working on don’t always go smoothly and can be unpredictable. Jeshua sure was worth the delay I experienced and I will definitely be a returning customer!

Jeshua was kind enough to come see my vehicle on his day off. He quickly diagnosed the issue was a gear shifter bushing that had crumbled and fallen out. Neither he, nor O'reilly had the part but he linked me to a site that did and showed me how I could fix it myself if I wanted to give it a go. He was super kind, helpful and informative. With his advice and after express shipping the part, I was back on the road in a couple days.

Meet our hero! Tuesday, 1:00 a.m. MN time: our car won’t start at the airport. 2 hours later, AAA jumps it. Drive to condo, shut off car; it won’t restart. Wednesday: David finds a mobile mechanic, Jeshua, who confirms the battery is dead, gets and installs a new one. Thursday: David drives to McDonald’s (we have no food) and again, the car is dead. He walks “the longest mile” back to the condo in his flipflops. Jeshua calls David to say he left a part in the car and could he come and get it. David explains the car is dead at McDonald’s. Jeshua picks him up and they drive to McDonald’s. Thinking it might be the fob battery, Jeshua picks up a new one. That isn’t it. He jumps the car, David drives it back to the condo, Jeshua tests the alternator and identifies the problem. No one local has one, so he drives an hour to the other side of the island to get one from the Nissan dealer. To install it, he has to remove the front passenger tire. Total labor charge: $150. Point of pride: Jeshua’s car has 500,000 miles. He lost his business in the fire and is saving money to start again. And then he gives us four mahimahi fillets from fish that were caught that morning. Aloha, thy name is Jes

Incredible service! Jeshua tackled an extremely complicated job on my Mercedes GLE 350. He replaced the front timing chain covers and AC compressor—and absolutely nailed it. He is very professional, efficient, and clearly knows his stuff. I highly recommend him to anyone needing expert-level work!
